Class Policies

Payment

When you sign up for a class, please pay the full fee by:

or paying via Paypal (Open View Gardens).

Cancellation 

If you cancel at least ONE WEEK in advance of class, we will refund your full course fee. Cancellations made within one week of the class will not be refunded.

Waitlist

If classes are full, we’ll start a waitlist and contact you if space becomes available.  Please let us know if you would like to be placed on a class list.

Class Experience

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to tour the gardens and prepare for class.  We will email you directions to our house one week ahead of time. We’re easy to find.

We will supply all recipes, ingredients and equipment, and send you home with a recipe and resource packet and selected ingredients from our garden and kitchen, if available (seasonal)!

OPTIONAL

• Bring your apron and chef’s knife
• Bring notebook and/or camera to take notes
